March 06, 2007 - Judge Michael Lincoln spoke to the Lions club presenting his vision for the county, a vision that would allow his grandchildren to be able to find employment here in White County, and not have to move to support their families. The first way to realize this vision is with strong law enforcement, an atmosphere already promoted by newly elected Sheriff Shourd.
